Repeated Cancellations, No Show and/or Missed Appointments Deposit Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all: Clients who no show, cancel or reschedule two or more consecutive appointments will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure all future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled or no show occurs again without notice.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain an efficient and respectful booking system for all clients.
