Repeated Cancellations, No Show and/or Missed Appointments Deposit Policy

To ensure fairness and availability for all: Clients who reschedule or no show same day appointments will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure all future bookings. Also, clients who cancel or reschedule one or more appointments will be subject to pay a non-refundable deposit to secure all future bookings. This deposit will be applied toward the scheduled future service but will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled, rescheduled or no show occurs again at any point. All deposits are non-refundable.
